We have installed LED lights in our office, located next to the parish house, across from the main plaza. These lights allow us to reduce energy consumption by up to 80% compared to traditional incandescent bulbs. This measure not only contributes to energy efficiency but also reflects our commitment to sustainable and environmentally responsible practices.
We have completed a full restoration of our tourism office, using traditional techniques such as mud plastering and reusing worn materials. We primarily use local resources to respect and preserve the building’s original structure. This work not only preserves the authenticity of the space but also promotes sustainability and responsible material use, integrating history and the environment into every detail.
This approach includes all actions aimed at reducing and reusing the objects and products we use daily, with the goal of minimizing their negative impact on the environment. In line with this commitment, we use reusable camping cups, promoting responsible consumption. Additionally, all plant waste generated is sent to a compost bin, which facilitates decomposition, helping reduce waste and eliminating any presence of agrochemicals in the process. Through these practices, we strive to be an active part of conserving and protecting our natural environment.
