Terms and Conditions
If the passenger chooses to leave the tour of their own accord, all transportation and accommodation expenses will be their responsibility. The operator will take the necessary actions and arrangements to provide support so that the passenger can receive timely medical attention and transportation.
Medical care costs are subject to each passenger’s health insurance or medical coverage conditions.
Additionally:
– Service is provided in Shared Mode (with other passengers in the group).
– The tours and activities conducted by this Operator have a low level of risk and difficulty, and provide the necessary safety measures.
– Service is subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions and/or any other event that prevents the normal execution of the itinerary.
– Any cancellation of the service for the reasons stated does not qualify for a refund. In such cases, the Operator may consider rescheduling the service, offering an alternative tour, or modifying the itinerary at their discretion, always aiming to guarantee the traveler’s safety and the best possible service experience.
– If you decide to withdraw before the service is completed, no refund will be issued.
– If you bring or purchase snacks during the tours, please prefer light options (such as dried fruits, cookies, and water).
– If you do not show up on the day of the service, it will be considered a “No Show” with no claims, rescheduling, or refunds allowed.
2. CANCELLATION POLICIES
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the trip. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the service.
