At 8:00 a.m., we will pick you up from your hotel in Putre and descend to the charming village of Socoroma, located at an altitude of 3,100 meters (10,170 feet) above sea level. From there, we\u2019ll begin a trekking route through one of the most scenic valleys in the Andean foothills of northern Chile. Along ancient stone paths, agricultural terraces, and archaeological remains, we\u2019ll follow a historic section of the Qhapaq \u00d1an, the legendary Inca Trail.\nReady for an unforgettable hike?<\/p>\n
The route will follow the Inca Trail, originally known as the Qhapaq \u00d1an, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its exceptional historical, cultural, and scenic value. During the hike, which will take approximately 6 to 7 hours depending on the group\u2019s pace, we\u2019ll make several stops to enjoy the captivating landscapes featuring gorges, rivers, and rocky areas.<\/p>\n
We\u2019ll take another break around midday to enjoy a snack along the trail. After eating, we\u2019ll continue exploring other beautiful natural areas surrounding the Inca path.<\/p>\n
Finally, we\u2019ll return by vehicle from Socoroma. Arrival at your hotel is expected between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m.<\/p>\n
